What are the prerequisites for joining your courses?
Prerequisites vary by course. For beginner-level courses, no prior programming experience is required though you are expected to know basic computer operations. Advanced courses may require a good understanding of fundamental level course contents.

Even though live sessions are recorded, you are highly encouraged to attend the live class and not depend on the recording, as it’ll be made available only on 1-to-1 exceptional basis.

Do you provide coding environments for practice?
No, we do not provide access to any online coding platforms, however you are encouraged to register with them and use those tools for practice after the sessions.
What resources are available for doubt clarification?
Students can post their queries in our course-specific discussion forums. There shall also be few dedicated doubt-clearing sessions with instructors/mentors.
Can I get personalized feedback on my assignments?
Due to the volume and time-constraints, it may not always be possible, yet we encourage our instructors to provide detailed feedback on assignments, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.

What is the typical duration of your courses?
The duration varies by course. For example, the Java Fundamentals course typically takes 10-12 weeks [assuming 4 classes per week, each class of 1 hour], including practical exercises and assessments. Please refer to the individual course for more details.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within the first 4 days of the course start date. Terms and conditions apply.
Can I switch to another course after enrolling?
Yes, course switching is allowed within the first week of enrollment, subject to availability and price adjustments.
Is there a deadline to complete the course?
All the live courses are pre-scheduled once a batch starts, so timely participation is highly encouraged. You will get the completion certificate only once you pass the course assessment successfully within 3 months of the course completion date. After 3 months or if you are not able to pass the assessment, you will not be eligible for the certificate for your last attended course.
Can I extend my course if needed?
No, a course will be completed in its due timeline, and you are expected to pass the assessment within a certain period to get the certificate.
